I had to reach out about a warranty issue, and based on my experience, they did eventually help me get it sorted. It just took a few back-and-forth messages and some waiting in between, so it didn’t feel as smooth as I hoped. Not a bad experience overall, but not exactly seamless either.

I ordered once and the package showed up a bit late, which feels like what happens with deliveries most of the time. Nothing was missing though, so overall it was fine

It finally showed up much later than expected, which was frustrating. For the price and wait, I don’t think it’s worth ordering from them again if you need something anytime soon.

After looking it over a few more times, I emailed support, and they actually got back to me quickly with clear pictures and simple instructions. That made the whole thing a lot less stressful, and once I got past that part, the rest went fine. It’s all up now and looks good, so I’m happy with how it turned out

At first I was like, okay, maybe this is decent enough. But after using it a bit, my attitude changed fast. For the price, I expected way better quality, and it just felt kind of average. i wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered my usual size, the same one I pretty much always get, and it fit way too tight in some spots and kind of awkward in others. I even checked the size chart beforehand, which I rarely do because I usually just wing it while drinking coffee and half-watching TV, but this was not close to what the chart suggested. Disappointing because I was hoping it would be an easy buy, but the sizing is definitely off.

Customer service did get back to me, so I can’t really say they ignored me or anything, but it wasn’t exactly quick either. Overall... I don’t know, it was fine, just kind of slow. Not a horrible experience, not a great one. 3 stars seems about right

I went to put it together and realized some of the hardware wasn’t included, which was... yeah, annoying. Not sure if it was just a packing mistake or what, but I couldn’t finish the setup without the missing bits.

I ordered this thinking it would have more of a soft gray finish, but what showed up was a lot darker and shinier than I expected. The photos made it look completely different, so... yeah, disappointed. Not happy with it at all. 1 star from me

My order did arrive on time, which I appreciated, but the box was banged up when it got to me. At first I was kind of annoyed, well, actually, I still think the packaging could’ve been better, but nothing was missing and the product itself seems totally fine. So overall, not a bad experience, just more average than I was hoping for.

It looked good when I first put it outside, so I was hopeful. But after just a few weeks of rain and sun, it started showing wear a lot sooner than I expected. The product was close to what was shown on the site. The size and color looked really similar to the pictures, so there weren’t any big surprises. I took off one star because one small detail could’ve been a bit clearer, but overall I’m really happy with it...

I ordered from Decko Products, and the product itself seems fine once it’s all together. My main issue was the instruction guide, which was way more confusing than it needed to be.

A few steps felt like they were just skipped over, and the pictures didn’t really help much. I kept having to stop, guess what they meant, and search around online, which made it feel like nobody had actually read the instructions from a regular customer’s point of view.
If they rewrote the guide in plain language and added clearer photos, it would make a big difference. I don’t regret buying it, but the setup was frustrating enough that it definitely took away from the experience

I hopped on the site quickly and was like, okay, this is easy enough to figure out. Checkout went through without any issues, which was a relief. The only thing that bugged me a little was that a few pages loaded slower than I expected, but overall it was a smooth experience.
